Flag belts will be provided for use during the tournament (We Welcome flags back if you are willing to donate them

NO POCKETS in shorts or pants (PE Shorts might be a good choice

Mouthguards are required

No metal cleats

Rosters:

7-12 players
-
Must be in grades 6-8

Must have at a MINIMUM of 2 girls

Always must have at least 1 girl on the field at all times

Concessions are available all day
